| Brief Description of Assignment |

i) Monitoring & Quality Control Consultant (MQCC),Monitoring & Quality Control of road construction and maintenance comprising labour intensive construction works; ii) Field Engineering Consultant (FEC), Planning, Design, Monitoring & Quality Control of road construction and maintenance comprising labour intensive construction works; iii) Audit & Financial Consultant (AFC),field of Audit in any Audit Directorate under the Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh; iv) Junior Field Engineering Consultant (JFEC), construction and maintenance of rural physical infrastructure such as Roads, Bridges, Culverts & Building. Experience in field survey by Level Machine/Total Station will be considered as additional qualification; v) Assistant Monitoring Consultant (AMC),computer database management, analysis or in civil construction works monitoring; vi) Assistant Training & Livelihood Consultant (ATLC), management in human resource development/ research on livelihood improvement and monitoring; vii) Survey Assistant (SA),road surveys or on handling and safe storage of construction equipment comprising road construction & maintenance works using labour intensive method. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

i) Monitoring & Quality Control Consultant (MQCC), having University graduation degree in Civil Engineering from recognized Institute or University. At least 20 years’ overall work experience out of which 15 years’ experience; ii) Field Engineering Consultant (FEC), having University graduation degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institute or University. At least 15 years’ overall work experience out of which 10 years’ experience; iii) Audit & Financial Consultant (AFC), having University graduation in Commerce or Economics from recognized institute or University. At least 10 years’ experience; iv) Junior Field Engineering Consultant (JFEC), having Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institute. At least 5 years’ overall work experience out of which 3 years’ experience; v) Assistant Monitoring Consultant (AMC), having University graduation degree in business or Economics or having Masters in Business Administration from recognized institute or University is desirable. At least 5 years’ overall work experience out of which 3 years’ experience; vi) Assistant Training & Livelihood Consultant (ATLC), having University Bachelor degree in Social Science, Development Studies or Sociology from recognized institute or University. At least 5 years’ overall work experience out of which 3 years’ experience; vii) Survey Assistant (SA) having educated up to Higher Secondary School Certificate or preferably having vocational certificate from Civil or Survey trade. At least 5 years' overall experience out of which 3 years' experience |
