INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Asses the overall operation of all 22 units of Bangladesh Police and prepare a detailed RFP for paperless management system and ERP.
2. Visit at least 40 remote locations to observe, log and understand the detailed day to day operations of the 22 units.
3. Spend a minimum of 60 days of onsite system observations to gather existing operational systems.
4. Prepare an overview systems diagram of all subsystems deployed across all 22 units of Bangladesh police including the interconnectivity details.
5. Prepare Present Mode of Operation (PMO) and Future Mode of Operation (FMO).
6. Deep dive into the existing installed ICT systems in all 22 units and prepare GAP analysis based on user requirements of features.
7. Prepare a standards guide for all future ICT systems integration and deployment.
8. Ensure the future technology adaption guide maximizes the usage of existing ICT infrastructure.
9. Prepare DPP based on the above for each of the 22 units for independent deployment as and when required by Bangladesh Police.

1. Organization brochure containing fields of expertise and advantages.
2. Statement of accomplished works in ICT sector in last 2 years.
3. Profile of key knowledge resource, expertise and primary consultants.
4. Primary consultants must have global experience in the field of ICT over 12 years.
5. Work experience of consultants in same kind of working environment and circumstances as Bangladesh Police.
6. Key experts and consultants must have experience in similar consulting with any law enforcement agency (police, army, special forces) in the last 3 years. Submit at least one such consultancy report for quality assessment.
7. Legal registered business entity in Bangladesh.
8. Financial Solvency and Managerial Competence.
