| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Advisory firm is required to provide the following but not limited to these services to DPDC:
• Technical support to ensure Client's requirements namely Space, Program & Function in the development process besides assisting space utilization as per official organogram;
• Support and assist main Consultant in understanding local Environment, Climate and Social context;
• Support & assist Main Consultant & Clients regarding Compliance issues on relevant laws, by laws and codes related to such development and its use;
• Technical Support to Client and Main Consultant to make Energy efficient and sustainable concept development;
• Top Architectural supervision to control quality of development works;
• BOQ and Specification review and check;
• Financial Feasibility Analysis etc. |

EOI is invited from eligible advisory firms in single or in the form of Joint Venture, or association/consortium, which has required expertise and experience in the abovementioned areas. The firm is required to have:
• A minimum of 10-year experience in High-rise Building (20th Storied) Construction Projects as Technical advisor or Consultant.
• At least 3 completed projects in Government/Non-Government sector with minimum 2 projects similar in nature i.e., High-rise Building (20th Storied) Construction Projects.
• Shall have average annual turnover of BDT 5 Crore or more in last 3 years
The advisory firm shall have appropriate no. of key professionals having minimum graduate degree in Engineering/Architecture/Urban Planning/Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Social Science/Project Management with expertise in the relevant fields to carry out the proposed services and shall furnish the list of key professionals and their CV with photograph. Key professionals for the leading positions shall have experience of completion of 2 projects similar in nature i.e., High-rise Building (20th Storied) Construction Projects. |
