| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Description of assignment and monthly remuneration for individual national Consultant Procurement Specialist [Nos-1] are available at BCC website www.bcc.gov.bd, It may also be collected from Project office during office hours. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Procurement Specialist: BSc. Engineering or Masters in Economics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Law/ Management or other relevant subject. At least 06(Six) years of work experience in capacity of procurement specialist/contract administrator/buyer or equivalent position including a minimum of 3(three) years in relevant public procurement. Working knowledge on PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Experience in the preparation of bidding documents/Request for proposal for procuring of goods, works or service as well as equivalent of the same. Age must be within 50 years.
Experience in Govt. EBLICT Project will be given preference. |
