| Brief Description of Assignment |

Details planning, structural, architectural, electrical, 3D, plumbing, interior, traffic movement, BOQ, tender documents, supervision, monitoring with a view to ensure the quality of construction maintaining specific time schedule for the following tasks:
1. Construction of Container Terminal including all facilities at Jetty No. 1& 2
2. Construction of Container Handling Yard including all facilities.
3. Construction of Container Delivery Yard including all facilities.
4. Expansion of Port Protected Area with Security System, Road, Yard, Shed, Security Wall, Automation and Other Infrastructures etc.
5. Construction of Service Vessel Jetty, Shed, Office including all facilities.
6. Construction Port Residential Complex and Community Facilities.
7. Expansion of Bandar Bhaban (Administration Building).
8. Construction of Mechanical Workshop, Equipment Yard, Equipment Shed and MT Pool with all equipment
9. Construction of Marine Workshop Complex with Slipway and all equipment
10. Construction of Overpass at Digraj Rail Crossing
11. Procurement of Harbor Crafts (8 nos.)
12. Construction of 1No. Multi Storied Car Yard.
13. Expansion of Existing main road up to 6 lane bypass road up to 4 lane and internal road up to 2 lane. The details specified in ToR uploaded in website: www.mpa.gov.bd

Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the same. Brochures, description of similar assignment & experience certificate have to be submitted. The documents also include: i) up to date valid trade license, vat registration, up-to-date income tax certificate. ii) Registration of firm. iii) Available of key professionals, iv) Turnover of the consulting firm, v) Experience of the firm in similar works with respective certificate from employer, vi) Agreement of JV where necessary, vii) Experience of the firms in other works, viii) Consulting firm must have 15 years’ experience in design and supervision with description must be submitted. |

Consultants should be short listed in accordance with the public procurement regulations 2008. ii) The interested firm(s) may form joint venture, consortium of association (JVCA) with other firms (local or Indian) to enhance their qualification and experience but total number of firm in the joint venture, consortium of association(JVCA) should not be more than 2 (two). The lead firm must have the experience of all kind of drawing, design, supervision, quality assurance experience of similar nature project. iii) 2 (two) sets of EOI (1 original & 1 copy) must be submitted |
