| Brief Description of Assignment |

Architect 1 No: Preparation of architectural plan, working drawings, master plan and other architectural works
Structural Design Engineer (2 Nos): Design of multi-storey buildings, analysis of sub soil investigation, foundation design under various soil conditions, working drawings preparation, etc.
Regional Supervision Engineer (3 Nos): Supervision of construction works particularly building works, quality control, variation preparation, lay out, etc.
Electrical Engineer (2Nos): Electrical planning, design, estimating, etc of multistoried building and performing electrical analysis of different types of existing buildings, identifying electrical problem & providing solution etc of multistoried building and site supervision of high-rise building.
Auto CAD Operator (3Nos): Diploma in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Architecture from any reputed Institute

Architect (1 No): a) Should have B. Arch. from any reputed University with at least 7 (Seven) years overall experience, out of which 5 (Five) years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment.
b) Should have Experience of Preparation of Building plans, working drawings, master plan, etc.
Structural Design Engineer (2 Nos): a) Should have B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University with at least 12 (Twelve) years overall experience, out of which 10 (Ten) years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment.
b) Should have Experience in building design, foundation design, etc.
Regional Supervision Engineer (3 Nos): a) Should have B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University with at least 10 (Ten) years overall experience, out of which 7 (Seven) years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment.
b) Should have Experience of Building work supervision, quality control, materials testing, etc.
Electrical Engineer (2Nos):
a) For B. Sc in Electrical Engineering: Should have at least 7 years of overall experiences, out of which 5 years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment
Or
For Diploma in Electrical Engineering: Should have at least 15 years of overall experiences, out of which 12 years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment
b) Should have sound knowledge on Sub-station, Generator & BBT installation; fire detection, Stage lighting , Conference & PA system, networking system etc.
c) Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice i.e. BNBC, IEC, IEE, NFPA etc.
d) Computer proficiency in Auto CAD, MS word, excel, power point etc.
Auto CAD Operator (3Nos): Should have Diploma in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Architecture from any reputed Institute with at least 5 years of overall experiences, out of which 3 years of relevant experience in performing all type of drawings of building project through Auto CAD.

The Superintending Engineer (Technical Support), LGED now invites eligible applicants to apply for the positions mentioned above. Interested applicants are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Complete CV with other details as per requirements of the ToR ).
Consultants will be selected using the selection of individual consultant sub-method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2008. It is expected that the services will commence on 1st July 2020 as Specified in TOR.
A complete set of “Request for Application” including Terms of Reference may be obtained from the office of the undersigned up to 19.04.2020 during normal office hours.
Expression of Interest shall be received until 2.00pm on 20.04.2020 in sealed envelope delivered to The Superintending Engineer (Technical Support), level-7, RDEC Bhaban, LGED Agargaon, Dhaka-1207 and be clearly marked “Request for Expression of Interest for Selection of Architect/Structural Design Engineer/Regional Supervision Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Auto CAD Operator as Individual Consultant”. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason.
