| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services (“the Services”) include successful execution of ROSC II International Conference engaging beneficiaries, national and international stakeholders and ensuring worldwide media exposure. The International Conference will serve two distinct objectives: (i) sharing with the world Bangladesh’s experience, success, learning and future plan; (ii) knowledge sharing with rest of the world on the issue of ensuring quality basic education for all. |

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but must indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In case of such association, the total number of firms including the associates shall not exceed a maximum number of two (2). |
