| Brief Description of Assignment |

Through the above mentioned project, the modules to be developed include 1) Accounts Management, 2) Budget Management, 3) HR Management, 4) Online Recruitment Management System, 5) Office Attendance Management, 6) Medical Management, 7) Inventory & Purchase Management, 8) Asset Management, 9) Gate Pass (Visitor management), 10) Vehicle Management, and etc ( Support Management). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The firms must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
1. Must be a local IT/ITES firm with minimum 10 years of practical experience of developing large scale software to automate organizational activities.
2. Must have minimum 70 (Seventy) employees with minimum 50 (Fifty) software development related ICT personnel.
3. Must have experience in design, development and implementation of 3 (three) Software Projects with 1(one) developed for Government organization, where minimum total project value 3 (three) crore taka in maximum 3 (three) contracts in last 10 (ten) years.
4. Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line BDT 3 (Three) crore.
5. Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 3 (Three) crore. Must submit updated audit report of previous 3(Three) years.
6. Must have valid Up to Date trade license, Income Tax Payment certificates, VAT Registration certificates, Certificate of Incorporation (if any). |
