INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of this assignment is to provide operational support in conducting drive tests for measuring and assessing the coverage, capacity and Quality of Service (QoS) of cellular mobile networks throughout the country including designated highways, districts, upazilas, unions and villages’ roads and at selected spots. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a) The firm/lead firm must have minimum 02 (Two) years’ experience of measuring QoS of mobile operators through drive test.
b) The selected firm will provide competent personnel, vehicle, fuel and other logistic support for the assigned task.
c) EoI should include updated trade license, TIN certificate, updated income tax clearance certificate and Bank solvency certificate.
d) The education and experience of the key technical and other staffs should met requirements as mentioned in the TOR.
e) Interested Party shall submit all necessary documentary evidence in support of the qualifications required to deliver services mentioned in the TOR.
f) The details of the resource and delivery requirements are mentioned in the TOR.

a) The formation, operation and obligation of JVCA shall be governed by the Rule-54 of Public Procurement Rules-2008 of Bangladesh;
b) EoI shall be submitted in sealed envelope clearly marked “Request for EoI for the selection of Consulting firm for providing 06 months operational support to conduct drive test for measuring QoS of the mobile operators” to the office of the undersigned at 5th floor of BTRC;
c) The firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the PPR-2008;
d) TOR and other relevant information are available on BTRC website (www.btrc.gov.bd).
