Assessment of efficiency & risks of BREB’s existing bill processing, payment collection system & procedures and design standard operating procedures for the management of the relevant technology ecosystems and activities in order to develop and implement sustainable, secured, robust on line payment system accumulating all payment channels. |

The interested consultant needs to have following Qualification and Experience (Details in TOR):
• Post-graduate in Computer Science/Software Engineering/any other relevant discipline.
• At least 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in Software-based ICT projects.
• Working Experience in at least ten (10) numbers of large scale Technology Project including at least Five (05) numbers of Financial Technology project.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience in undertaking research activities especially in the area of modern technology. |

The Bangladesh Rural Electrification (BREB) is now inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested consultant to provide the service. The EOI shall be submitted in letterhead pad & must include information regarding their experience qualification and others. The bidder is expected to submit the proposal both in hard copies along with the soft copy of the technical proposal in a portable media. The EOI shall be submitted in 2 (two) sets (One original & One copy) on or before the specified date and time to the office of the undersigned. The inner and outer envelopes shall bear the name and address of the Bidder, specific identification number and title. The interested consultant shall provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service:
• Profile of the consultant (max 2 pages) explaining why he/she is the most suitable for the work.
• Relevant Experience (max 2 pages).
• Detailed methodology and conceptual framework with expected deliverables and timelines, team composition, man days required (maximum 20 pages).
