| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of the Study is to provide Consultancy services is as following:
• Planning, Design, Drawing, Cost estimation with BOQ and Supervision of-
? Land Development, Resettlement structural components, Embankment, Earth protection, Residential and Non-residential structures, boundary wall and all other related civil works etc.;
? Construction of sub-station, external electrification, overhead distribution system, road & security lighting system, individual house wiring system works etc.;
? Construction of water distribution system, water drainage system, sewage management system and beautification by tree plantation etc. in accordance with the DPP and project requirements for this project.
• To complete the aforementioned consultancy services as per TOR. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Application has been invited from the competent consulting firms (lead firm in case of JV) who have at least 1 (one) no. of project experience in the field of consulting services for Planning, Design, Drawing, Cost estimation with BOQ and Supervision of Land Development, Embankment, Earth Protection, Resettlement structural Components and Civil works (residential/non-residential) and all other related Civil & Electrical works Project within last 10 (ten) years. Years will be counted from the date of publication of EOI notice.
Interested consulting firm must provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services:
• Brochures of consulting firm summarizing their facilities (Corporate profile) and areas of expertise;
• Experience of similar assignments, experience in similar operating environments and conditions;
• Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualifications among Applicant's staff;
• Adequate resources to carry out the assignment and managerial strength and financial capacity;
• Experience of the firm in other works;
• Registration and age of Firm.
Consulting firm may form Joint Venture/Consortium/Association (JVCA). In such case, Lead partner shall have above-mentioned similar experience of services and other partners should have real and well-defined inputs to the assignment. No firm should form association with more than one firm.
The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis above-mentioned requirements. |

The intending consulting firms should collect the "Detailed Terms of Reference as well as EOI document" from APSCL’s website: www.apscl.gov.bd until to date: 19/01/2020. Any application submitted later than the specified time shall not be entertained. Short listed firms will be selected using the selection method in Accordance with PPR-2008. RFP will be issued only to short listed firms. |
