| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objective of the Study is to provide Consultancy services is as following:
• To prepare reports on DFS, IEE, EIA and SIA studies
? For the construction of Ashuganj 3×600MW Gas Based CCPP at B-type Area and Ashuganj 3×600MW Gas Based CCPP at the area of replacing Unit 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 with the proposal of finding the best options with financially, economically and environmentally viable means.
? To provide Proposal that assist to get approval from GOB for funding and obtaining Location Clearance Certificate (LCC), Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) from Department of Environment (DoE) as well as other necessary clearance or NOC like WARPO, BIWTA, DoF, Department of Agriculture etc. on this projects.
• Design work for the new Township at suitable place of B-Type area.
• To complete the aforementioned consultancy services as per TOR. |

The lead firm must have successfully completed at least one contract of conducting Feasibility study of Combined Cycle power plant construction project whose minimum capacity is 200 MW during the last 10 years and the lead firm or associate firm must have experience of design work of 05 (five) completed projects of multistoried (at least 10 storied) modern building within last 10 years. Years will be counted from the date of publication of EOI notice. |

The intending consulting firms should collect the "Detailed Terms of Reference as well as EOI document" from APSCL’s website: www.apscl.gov.bd until to date: 30/12/2019.
The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following:
• Registration and age of Firm.
• Experience of the firm in similar task (as stated above).
• Availability of key professionals.
• Availability of resources.
• Managerial strength and financial capacity.
• Experience of the firm in other works.
Any application submitted later than the specified time shall not be entertained. Short listed firms will be selected using the selection method in Accordance with PPR-2008.
RFP will be issued only to short listed firms.
