| Brief Description of Assignment |

a) Topographic Survey & Sub Soil Investigation.
b) Detail Architectural plan, Structural Design, Drawings & Sufficient Cross sections with blow-up for Construction of a 5 Storied (G+4) Office Building.
c) Design & Drawings for Electrification works including lift, HVAC in-stallation , CCTV, Networking , Sound & Fire Fighting System.
d) Design & Drawings for Sewerages Systems, Water supply, Sanitatary, plumbing works & Gas connection works.
e) Detailed Interior & Landscape Design.
f) Preparation of detailed Estimate, Tender documents & Bill Of Quantities, selection of contractor and full time supervision. |

Intending firms have to submit the following documents along with EOI.
1.Brochure with details summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise and general information including legal documents.
2. Consultnat have to Submit Local / International Award wining projects Cer-tificate.
3.Consultnat have to Submit at least one 10 storied building with multiple basements completion Experience in last 10 years from the date of EOI opening supported by performance certificate.
4. Description of similar assignments.
5. Experience in similar operating condition.
6. Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualifications among applicant’s staff and resources to carry out the assignment.
7. Administrative strength logistics and financial capability (Audited Financial Statement of FY:2015-2016,2016-2017 & 2017-2018.) |

Any EOI submitted after closing time and date or submitted through telex / fax / mail / courier shall not be entertained.. |
