Project location: Matarbari & Dholghata Union, Moheshkhali Upazilla, Cox's Bazar District, Chattogram Division

• Design the detailed layout and architectural plan;

• Guideline and design of security solution along with fire safety solution;
• Design impression for dedicated green area of landscaping;
• Development of 3D images, sketches etc.; |

General Eligibility
• The Applicant should be incorporated legally in Bangladesh;
• No consortium will be allowed;
• The Applicant should not use the credentials of the Parent Company, Subsidiary, and/or Affiliate for the fulfillment of Qualification Criteria as detailed below.
Qualification Criteria
1. The Applicant shall have the General experience conducting the Master Plan and/or Architectural design of Urban/Township/Community development/ Industrial Complex/Housing for at least last 10 years;
2. The Applicant shall have the specific experience in similar consultancy task and/ or Master Plan, Detailed architectural design project experience of at least two (02) projects having a minimum contract value of BDT 1.50 Crore (each or combined) and those work have to be completed within the last 05 (five) years;
3. The Applicant shall have experience in consultancy services in Government/ semi-government/autonomous organization’s projects of minimum 01 (one) project within the last 10 (ten) years;
4. The Applicant shall have experience in building design & landscaping design in Coastal areas;
5. The Applicant should have an Average Annual Turnover of at least BDT 1.75 Crore during the last five (5) financial years;
6. Net Worth and Profit should be positive for the last five (5) financial years; |

• Short listed firms will be selected using the selection method conformist to PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
• RFP will be issued to short listed firms.
• The proposal should be submitted in 01 original and 03 copies.
