The applicant should have experience as below,
1. 1. The applicant should have proven experience on DPP/RDPP preparation on completed projects (minimum project cost 1000 Crore).
2. 2. The applicant should have satisfactory completed similar works during the last 20 (Twenty) years ending last day of the month prior to the one in which the EOI has been invited as under.
3. 3. Similar works shall mean providing of consultancy services for completion of Development Project Proposal (DPP) with complex and phase methodology as well as using of complex delegation of financial powers.
1. 4. At least two consultancy work of construction/ development of medical complex should have been executed in any government/ semi-government or autonomous organization in the last 10 (Ten years).

3. 5. Must have experience on preparation of fully completed DPP, RDPP and feasibility study.
6. The consultant should have experience to do refurbishing project on a hospital with minimum possible interruption existing operation of the current establishment.
For non-compliance of above requirement, the EOI shall be considered as non-responsive.

The expression of interest must comprise the following:
i. 1. Covering Letter.
ii. 2. Company Profile.
iii. 3. Experience details a) In consultancy service, b) In feasibility study c) In DPP preparation
iv. 4. Bank solvency certificate.
v. 5. Availability of appropriate skilled staffs list of relevant.
vi. 6. Professional their qualification and experience.
vii. 7. Copy of up to date trade license.
viii. 8. Copy of TIN Certificate.
ix. 9. Copy of VAT certificate.
x. 10. Audit report/ Turnover report for last 3 years.
11. Only short listed consulting firm will be called to participate in the request for proposal (RFP).
11. The consultant must have collect the TOR from procuring entity office by 1000 BDT before the date of 20/08/2019.
12. Interested consulting firm will be required to submit the EOI in closed envelop marked with “Expression of Interest (EOI) for selection of consulting firm” on all working day (Saturday to Thursday) between 0900 and 1400 hrs. (BST) at DMCH. Any application submitted later than the specific date and time or submitted through e-mail/fax will not be entertained.
