| Brief Description of Assignment |

To hire a consultancy firm to review current policies, procedures and practice which includes but not limited to the followings: (a) Maintenance activities of various departments of PGCB that maintain critical elements of Bangladesh National Grid System, (b) Procurement activities that can affect the quality of critical elements of Bangladesh National Grid System, (c) Human resource recruitment and development activities of PGCB that can affect the maintenance of critical elements of Bangladesh National Grid System. The assignment will be undertaken in three different phases detail scope/information of which is available in the ToR (please refer to PGCB website: www.pgcb.org.bd). |

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:
(a) General experience of the Firm(s);
(b) Experience in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area;
(c) Financial Soundness of the firm; and
(d) Staffing and logistics of the firm.
