• Soil Test
• Lay out Plan of Hospitality facilities equipments.
• Digital Survey & Preliminary 3 Types Plan
• Preparation of architectural design and drawings
• Preparation of Site plan showing all finish grades, contours (if required), drainage, location of structures and facilities, roads, walks, parking areas, landscaping etc. in relation to existing structures, utilities and roads etc.
• Preparation of 3D computer aided perspective view;
• Power point presentation of the prepared design/drawings;
• Finalization of project Layout, Architectural & Structural drawing for detail description of assignment will be available in ToR |

• The applicant consulting firm must have at least 5(five) years over-all experiences in consultancy services in planning and designing of tourism related hospitality facilities Hotel, Motel, Boatel & Resort, Cottage, Convocation Hall, Water recreation/Cruise vessels in any area of Bangladesh including both architectural & structural design of the projects successfully in any govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization/reputed private (Local & Foreign) bodies.
• Should have sufficient numbers of well experienced Tourism related Hospitality facilities designer, architects, structural designers, water supply & sanitary, fire fighting system, HVAC, Swimming Pool, Health club, CCTV, Public Address & Sound System, ICT, Earthquake prevention, landscaping & other experiences etc. design engineers, electrical & mechanical engineers, economists, environment & financial experts, surveyor team etc. in their pay-roll.
• Should have Experiences in conducting Feasibility Study & Report submission.
• Should have up-to-date Trade License, Online VAT Registration, income tax clearance certificate of 2018, Bank solvency certificate from schedule bank of Bangladesh.
• Intended consultant firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services submitting their brochures, description of similar assignments, experiences in similar operating conditions, qualifications and experiences among staff etc.
• Interested firms may obtain further information from the above mentioned address during normal office hours.
• Preference will be given to the firms having experiences in planning & designing of Hotel, Motel, Boatel & Resorts Cottage, Convocation Hall, Water recreation/Cruise vessels or any other Hospitality faciliteis, structural designer of international standard in the country or in abroad. |
