| Brief Description of Assignment |

To ensure the sustainable development of ICT sectors ICT Division is implementing many development projects/programs. “Learning and Earning Development Project" is one of them. The ICT Division has taken initiatives for conducting different type of IT/ITES Outsourcing training activities throughout the country. The main objectives of these training are to create new job facilities in the local & global outsourcing market and improved national awareness in all level. This assignment is expected to provide training in Division/District level in Bangladesh.
The Proposed area of conducting training will be Graphics Design-(GD) (Design and Creative , Creative & Multimedia, Image Editing Service, Mobile and Web Template Design, Accounting BPO ); Web Design and Development –(WDD) (UX/UI Design (Web Design and Development), Software Development & Technology (Front End & Back End), Software Testing, Virtual Assistant Training(VAT) (Only for Women), Online Business Development Professional); Digital Marketing-(DM) (Professional Digital Marketing , Affiliated Marketing (Sales and Marketing Support), Content Writing & Translation, Online Customer Care Support, Social Media Marketing);training which ensure the earning from international marketplace /employment proposed by any IT/ITES firm; The duration of the course will be 200 (Two hundred) hours; The Training period will be maximum 4 (four) hours/days; The number of participants in each batch will be 20. The training course will be consisting of two stages, one is Foundation Training (100 hours) & another is Specialization Training (100 hours) which includes Practical, Mentoring & Performing in Marketplace.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested IT/ITES firms should provide information demonstrating their required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the assignment. The selection criteria are as follows:
1. Minimum 3 (Three) years’ experience in providing IT/ ITES Services in local or global IT/ITES Industry or Marketplace/Conducting IT/ITES outsourcing training in respective Packages. The year will be count backward from the date of Publication.
2. The consulting firm will be responsible for 100 (One Hundred) percent of earning from international marketplace/Employment in Outsourcing Marketplace or IT/ITES Industry during the training/within 3 months after completion of training.
3. The consulting firms should have online platform for trainee management, e-learning platform, online group & discussion board.
4. In-house capability and availability of logistics and other resources (office, skilled staffs, Computer/ Laptop, lab, Training equipment etc.)
5. The Firm individually/joint-Venture (JV) must have minimum 50 (Fifty) Lac BDT or equivalent liquid asset as working capital/Credit facility for conducting such type of assignment.
6. The bidder should submit attested copy Up to date Trade License, Valid TIN & Income Tax Payment Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, company profile describing Strength, capabilities and experienced professionals to execute the assignment.
7. The Consulting Firm Individually/Joint-Venture will not be eligible for multiple Package or Multiple Lot. Consulting firm can submit their EOI only for one Package or Lot. If any consulting firm submits their EOI for more than one Package or Lot, all EOI of that firm shall be rejected directly.
