| Brief Description of Assignment |

Petrobangla intends to carry out approximately 35,000 Line kilometer of marine 2D seismic survey tentatively in 2 years including Data Acquisition, Processing, Interpretation & Resource Evaluation within the sovereign offshore areas of Bangladesh. For this purpose Petrobangla would like to undertake 2D Seismic Survey through 2D Seismic Survey Vessel with Data Acquisition, Processing, Interpretation & Resource Evaluation services. The water depth to be covered by the survey will be from 20m to more than 2500m. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Bidders must have the following Experience, Resources & Delivery Capacity: (a) Bidders must have experience in undertaking marine 2D seismic survey at least in 3 (three) different countries having experience of marine 2D seismic data acquisition, processing, interpretation & resource evaluation. (b) Bidders must have the technical & financial ability to undertake the proposed work program in the bid. (c) Bidders must have their own seismic acquisition vessels or long term contracts with vessel(s) providers to carry out the survey. (d) Bidders must also ensure availability of vessel(s) to complete the survey within the Survey Period. (e) In case of Joint Venture, the lead bidder and Joint Venture Partner(s) must have above mentioned qualification and work experience individually |
