| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Consulting Firm will be responsible for Designing, Development, Installation, Customization, Testing, Commissioning of web based Centralized ERP and Mobile Apps System for BARD Automation which include human resource management, accounts keeping, hostel management, cafeteria management, library management, store management, office maintenance, sports inventory, vehicle management, training, research and project etc. It is expected that the ERP system will assist the BARD management to deliver its service in a faster, effective and transparant way. Moreover, this ERP system would act as a Decision support sytem for management decision making.

"Intending Firms have to submit the following documents:
a) Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of expertise; proof of similar ongoing and completed assignment; up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Certificate; Firm's registration ,VAT registration and Bank Solvency Certificate, Audit Report, Quality Certificate Like CMMI, ISO, BASIS, BCS etc. ;
b) The firm must have 5 years of proven experience of developing large scale ERP systems, Mobile Apps to automate organizational activities in the government, semi Government, Autonomous body, Multinational and Private Organization;
c) The firm must have the minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of 2 (two) Crore. Yearly turnover of the firm shall be at least BDT 2 crore;
d) Bio data of fulltime professional DBA/Software Engineers/Developers/Programmers and other personnel to be engaged in the job and duly signed by the respective personnel; and
e) The Firms may associate to enhance their qualification, but should mention whether the association is in the form of a “Joint Venture” or of “Sub-bidder”. All members of such an association should have real and well-defined inputs to the assignment. The maximum number. of members in the association is limited to TWO. The Firm must declare one firm in this association as the “Lead Firm”

Interested firm(s) will be required to submit the EOI in closed format mentioning the name and address of the applicant, EOI number & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority in 3(three) copies; 1(One) marked as "ORIGINAL" and other 2 (Two) as "COPY" in separate envelope in the form of book binding and other 1 (one) soft copy in CD/DVD, All the "ORIGINAL", "COPY" and “Soft Copy” shall have to cover within a single envelope to the address below before the EOI closing date & time. Upon receipt of EOIs the interested firm(s) those are deemed best suited to perform the assignment will be short-listed. There after Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be issued to the short-listed firm(s). The consulting firm(s) will be selected based on Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 of GOB.
