| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objective of the Study is to provide Consultancy services for Feasibility study, IEE, EIA & SIA for 100MW Grid tied Solar Park & Fisheries Project at Chandpur, Kotiadi of Kishoreganj District, Bangladesh.
The consultant will conduct the following works:
• To prepare detailed feasibility report for construction of 100MW Grid tied Solar Park & Fisheries Project at Chandpur, Kotiadi of Kishoreganj District, Bangladesh.
• To conduct the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) & Social Impact Assessment (SIA).

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

i) The firm shall have experience of successfully completed at least one contract of conducting Detailed Feasibility study of Solar power plant construction project whose minimum capacity is 20MW within the last 10 years.
ii) The firm should be registered for Consultancy Services with legal documents (Valid Trade license, VAT & TIN certificate).

The intending consulting firms are requested to collect the “Terms of Reference as well as EOI document” from the office of the Company Secretary, Corporate Office of APSCL, Navana Rahim Ardent (Level-08), 185, Shaheed Sayeed Nazrul Islam Swarani, Palton, Dhaka till March 21, 2018.
The “Terms of Reference as well as EOI document” shall also available at APSCL Website (www.apscl.com). The applicants are requested to visit APSCL Website for probable amendment.
The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following:
• Brochures submitted by the Applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise;
• Descriptions of similar assignments;
• Experience in similar operating environments and conditions
• Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualifications among Applicant’s staff and adequate resources to carry out the assignment; and
• Managerial strength and financial capacity (Summary sheet of Turn Over statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the applicant).
The applicant must submit documentary evidence conforming the above in order to evaluate. Any application submitted later than the specified time shall not be entertained.
RFP will be issued only to short listed firms.
