General experience of the firm
b) The consultancy Firm to essentially have relevant expertise on:
I. Renovation/refurbishment design of public buildings, preferably health facilities, shelters, social service centers, or administrative buildings.
II. Supervision of renovation and small-scale construction works.
III. Experience integrating architectural, civil/structural, MEP (Electrical & Plumbing), interior layout, and accessibility design.
IV. Experience incorporating safety, gender-responsive design, confidentiality, and universal accessibility features.
