| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct Impact Evaluation in accordance with the approved ToR. The objectives of this assignment is to conduct impact evaluation of the project tilted “Primary health, reproductive health and nutrition services to underprivileged women and children in 21 districts” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will provide evidences on the effectiveness and the overall impact of the project in the society. Thus, the recommendations of the consulting firm would be a guideline to sustain the outcome of the project and help as reference in taking similar nature projects in future. |

1. Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EoI containing printed brochures (showing organizational identity and background), Legal Documents, bank Solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008), Legal Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate and Voter ID Card of Authorized person. 2. The assignment will completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will specified in the RFP.
