| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct in-depth Monitoring according to approved Terms of References (ToR). The objective of this assignment to conduct in-depth Monitoring study of the project titled “2 Appraisal cum Development Wells (Sundalpur-4 & Srikail-5) and 2 Exploratory Wells (Sundalpur South-1 & Jamalpur-1) Drilling Project” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will provide evidences on the effectiveness and the in-depth Monitoring of the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to sustain the project’s outcome and help making evidence based development policy in future. |

Interested consulting firms are requested to submit expression of interest (EOI) [7 set (1 Copy Original and 6 Copies)] along with: (a) proof of the consulting firm's previous three (03) years of experience in similar work, (b) detailed description of all work along with the necessary intellectual and professional service scope, (c) names, addresses, national ID numbers, contact numbers, educational qualifications, experience, and assets of potential applicants as evidence of eligibility to perform the described work, (d) list of professional staff of the firm, including national ID numbers, educational qualifications, professional experience, and service delivery capabilities, (e) updated (2024-25) income tax certificate with the QR code, (f) valid/updated trade license, (g) if registered as a company, proof of registration, company’s organogram, a website with updated company information, email address, (h) company's own office or lease agreement if rented, office space, specified facilities for training and other logistics along with detailed Bank Solvency mentioning the balance amount, (i) audit reports for the current and the previous two financial years including annual turnover and (j) Copies of all certificates along with the overall profile of the consulting firm must be attached maintaining continuous page numbering.

1. (a) Expected duration of the contact is 4(four) months.
(b) Expression of interest (EoI) must be submitted with a letter of consent mentioning title of study signed by the appropriate authority of the firm.
2.The assignment will be completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will be specified in the RFP.
3. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or rejects all EOI.
