| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of this assignment is to Assess and Propose Strategies for Export Competitiveness in Bangladesh, Develop an Export Diversification Roadmap, Identify and Address Capacity Building Needs, Feasibility Study, DPP Preparation, etc. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
- The consultant must be a reputable firm with legal capacities to enter into the contract
- The Consultant must have extensive expertise in economic research, private sector development, competitiveness analysis, feasibility study, DPP preparation, etc. within Bangladesh country contexts.
- The Consultant must have demonstrated expertise to work within the potential export/ manufacturing/industry sector/ subsectors.
- The Consultant must have high level of technical/subject matter/DPP experts along with local knowledge, and language capabilities are available. The Consultant may choose to carry out the feasibility assessment using its own organizational resources, or other partners.
- It is highly recommended that the proposed team has strong presence on the ground during the execution of the assignment to ensure effective and efficient coordination with the Project team. |

Consultants are requested to submit the following supporting documents in support of the mentioned criteria:
(a) Up to date relevant registration and legal documents of the Consultant(s);
(b) JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable);
(c) Brochure/Company Profile including staffing;
(d) Audited Financial Reports for Last Three Financial Years
(e) General Experience of Last Seven Years and Specific Work Experience Record (including nature, total cost of contract, total input in terms of man month, employer, location of work etc.)
(f) All other items necessary to substantiate satisfaction of the shortlisting criteria listed above and/or included in the TOR; However, key Experts will not be evaluated at the short-listing stage;
