| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct In-depth Monitoring depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct In-depth Monitoring of the project “Cox’s Bazar-Teknaf Marine Drive (1.60 km to 32.00 km) Road Widening Project” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created/will be created in the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society due to the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the project on right track and help to implement similar project in future. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The consulting firm should fulfill the following requirements:
(a) The consulting firm has 3 years of prior experience in similar types of work (proven document);
(b) Detailed description of all tasks, including the scope of required intellectual and professional services;
(c) Names, addresses, national ID numbers, contact numbers, educational qualifications, experience, and resources of the prospective applicant(s) as proof of eligibility to perform the described work;
(d) List of names, national ID numbers, contact numbers, educational qualifications, professional experience, and service delivery capacity of the professional employees in the organization;
(e) QR code–enabled income tax certificate (2024–25);
(f) Valid trade license;
(g) If registered as a company, the company must have the certificate of incorporation, the Articles of Association, e-mail address and a website with updated information;
(h) The company’s own office, or rental agreement if rented, office space, specific facilities for training, and a detailed list of other logistics along with a specified amount of bank solvency;
(i) Annual turnover along with audit reports for the current fiscal year and the previous two fiscal years; and
(j) Company’s profile with attested copies of all certificates.

01. (a) Place of Submission: Office of the Additional Secretary, Block-11, Room- 28, Monitoring and Evaluation Sector- 2, Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED), Ministry of Planning.
(b) The In-depth Monitoring work for each project must be completed within a maximum of 4 months/120 days from the date of signing the contract.
(c) The consulting firm shall submit 7 (seven) copies of Expression of Interest (EoI) (One original);
(d) Copy of the indicative ToR may be collected by visiting www.imed.gov.bd/notices
02. The assignment will be completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will be specified in the RFP.
03. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or rejects any/all EoI’s with showing reason whatsoever. |
