INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 (five) years’ experience in the contracting industry in the public sector as a Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor.
b) The Tenderer must have specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing transport services (such as bus, truck, microbus/jeep/car, or covered van) to any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/ Bank in Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer must be at least BDT 30 (thirty) lakh over the last three (3) years.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum of Tk. 20 (twenty) lakh as liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s).
e) The Tenderer must submit valid VAT and Income Tax clearance certificates related to similar works as described in clause 6(b), following the format provided in Appendix-C of the Tender Document.
f) All other eligibility criteria, instructions, and conditions mentioned in the Tender Document shall be applicable. |
