INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
a) Supply of Goods and Related Services who have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Server, Storage and Other Network Appliances for Data Center (DC).
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Server, Storage and Other Network Appliances for Data Center (DC) in a single contract amounting not less BDT 700.00 (Seven Hundred) Lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Server, Storage and Other Network Appliances for Data Center (DC) and Related Services completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Equal to the quoted amount from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh mentioning the said amount.
d) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
e) Up-to-date (trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc.) to be submitted.
f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of bidding documents must be fulfilled. |
