Manufacturer
1.Preferred Manufacturer: Baker Hughes, Security DBS, Reed, Hycalog, Smith, Varel, Nov, Halliburton.
2.Manufacturer must have valid API 7-1 and relevant API & ISO certificate.
3.Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 12 years.
4.Manufacturer have Overall 12 years’ experience of manufacturing.
5.Manufacturer have Overall 12 years’ experience of Rock Bit and PDC Bit manufacturing and must have minimum 07 year’s proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
6.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least four (4) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which three (4) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
7. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document.
8. Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.(one soft copy).
Supplier
1. Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
2. Supplier must be an Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drill Bit, Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
3. Supplier have Overall 12 years’ experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
4. Supplier have Overall 12 years’ experience of similar materials Supply and must have 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least four (4) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which three (4) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
6. Relevant Product Catalogue, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.
N.B: BonafideManufacturer / Supplier or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.

a) Tender must remain valid for 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the date of closing of the tender.
b) Time for completion of delivery 24(Twenty-four) Weeks.
c) Mode of Shipment : By Sea
d) Amount of tender security for USD 7,380.00 or BDT 9,00,000.00or any equivalent amount of freely convertible currency in the form of Bank Guarantee or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
e) The tender security must remain valid for 148 (one hundred forty eight) days from the date of closing of the tender.
f) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable circumstances such as strike, civil commotion, Govt. holiday etc., tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
