ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 7 years, each with a value of at least USD 8,000,000.00.
iii) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 10,000,000.00.
iv) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Node is/are: 27,000 Pcs per year.
v) Bonafide Tenderer or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.

Installation, Start-Up & Commissioning: 2 weeks of Supplier Expert/Engineers for onsite commissioning, start-up & acceptance. All cost for Expert/Engineers will be bear on Suppliers Account without accommodation & regarding food in project (field) side.
Work Association: 2 (1+0.5+0.5) Man month and 4 Weeks Work association is for transferring knowledge about field maintenance, Hardware troubleshooting, Software installation, operation & maintenance for Acquisition system and Accessories repair etc. for 3D Seismic Data Acquisition (1 Man month=30 Working days)
