INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i) The Tenderer/Bidder must be in the business of IT/ITES and must have Authorized Partner/ Reseller of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) existence for at least 3(three) years as on the date of notice inviting this Tender.
ii) The Tenderer/Bidder should be legal entities and registered organization/government organization/ Public sector unit/ Limited Company that have not been prohibited by Bangladeshi or international court(s) to enter into contracts. In case of a government organization, it must have the permission for participating in the bidding process from the competent authority. All Relevant documents have to be submitted.
iii) Tenderer/Bidder must not participate in more than one bid.
iv) The Tenderer/Bidder must have experience in the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of a Perpetual License for Email Management Software and related support services in minimum one (01) organization with 2,000 users, especially Scheduled Banks or Government Organizations of Bangladesh, for the proposed solution. Brief case studies must be submitted along with a completion certificate/reference letter from the customer(s) and the Notification of Award/work order/contract as proof of experience.
