INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Supplier for supplying at least 500 GPM capacity (UL Listed & FM approved) pumps of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) (Successfully Completed) within the last 03 (Three) years in any Govt., Semi-Govt. or Autonomous organization each with a value of at least Tk. 2,50,00,000.00 (Two Crore and Fifty Lacs).
3. A Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter is required for the following items:
a. Engine Driven Fire Pump split case (1000 GPM, 9 BAR)
b. Electric Fire Pump split case (1000 GPM, 9 BAR)
c. Jockey pump (40 GPM, 9 BAR)
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,50,00,000.00 (Two Crore and Fifty Lacs).
5. a) Up-to-date valid ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board,
b) Up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
6. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (ITT 21.1 (l), 24.6, 28.1 (e), 28.1 (f), 28.1 (h), 29.1, 36.1) and Particular Condition of Contract (GCC 8.1, 21.1) of the Tender Documents. |
