INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i. The Tenderer/Bidder should be legal entities and registered national or international organization/government organization/ Public sector unit/ Limited Company that have not been prohibited by Bangladeshi or international court(s) to enter into contracts. In case of a government organization, it must have the permission for participating in the bidding process from the competent authority. All Relevant documents have to be submitted.
The maximum 02(Two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer/Bidder over a period last 03(three) Years.
i) The Tenderer/Bidder must be in the business of IT/ITES and must have Authorized Partner/ Reseller of OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) existence for at least 2(Two) years as on the date of notice inviting this Tender.
ii) The Tenderer/Bidder must have minimum One (01) running AMC agreement on Oracle Database using Core Banking Software (CBS) by any State Owned Bank in Bangladesh.
iii) The Tenderer/Bidder must have experience on supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Oracle Database, Partitioning, Diagnostics Pack, Tuning Pack, Real Application Cluster, Web logic Application Server EE ,Advance Security, Oracle Database 11g R2 SE, Web logic Application Server SE, Active Data Guard, Database Masking Pack, DB Life Cycle Management, OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing), Oracle In Memory DB Cache, Database Vault product for at least in 3(Three) Organizations Purchase Order(PO)/ Notification of Award (NOA)/ Work Order(WO) and Satisfactory Certificates specially in Banking sector/Telco Sector in Bangladesh.
iv) The bidder must submit CVs & Certificate of at least four (04) Oracles 12c Certified engineers having expertise in installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining of Database RAC and Oracle Security product.
v) The Tenderer/Bidder must ensure the smooth support for the existing version of database. The Tenderer/Bidder shall also ensure the Database Up gradation to the latest possible version along with regular patch up gradation (as applicable). Furthermore, The Tenderer/Bidder shall ensure that all of the procured option features are implemented and running smoothly in Rupali Bank Limited. If any of the procured database options are not implemented and working properly, the Tenderer/Bidder must be implementing and making those workable considering it within the scope of this procurement.
The Tenderer/Bidder must submit completion-certificate/Reference Letter from the customer(s) along with Notification of Award/work order/contract as proof of experience.
i) The Tenderer/Bidder must have experience of supply, install, test and maintenance of the related goods and services in at least 1(one) Bank in Bangladesh having more than 400 branches. In this regard a reference letter from the customer along with other required documentary evidence must be provided.
ii) The Tenderer/Bidder shall submit of ongoing AMC agreement with at least 1 (One) in state owned Banking sector in Bangladesh.
i) Experience in supply of similar goods with Value:
Number of Project Completed in last 3 years Minimum value under a single Contract
1(one) project having supplied similar goods and services. 3,00,00,000/-
(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper which shall be substantiated by submission of attested copies to completion certificate mentioning amount along with work-order/contract and performance certificates for supply of similar goods and related services from the respective purchaser).
ii)The bidder must submit the Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit, working capital of taka 4.00 crore.
