(03) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(04) Bank solvency certificate issued after 10 october 2023
(05) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier) [When applicable];
(06) Original Bank Draft/Pay Order of Tender Security Money.
(07) Purchase receipt of tender document (original);
(08) Price rate should be mentioned clearly in figure and word in the price Schedule;
(09) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(10) All certificate must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
