a) The bidder/Tenderer should have at least 06 years similar type product supply experience
b) The manufacturers/suppliers should have at least 06 years of similar type product manufacturing experience.The manufacturers should have relevant API and/or ISO related certificate.
c) If the bidder is not manufacturer himself he has to present the manufacturer’s Authorization letter from the manufacturer or their genuine Distributorto prove the quoted spares are genuine for each lot. The letter should be as per form PG4-5 of tender document and contain official email address of manufacturer.
d) Bidder should submit its audited financial repot & other relevant documents as per tender requirement.
e) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
