INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(1) Tenderer must have experience of printing & supply of MICR Encoded security items of at least 3 scheduled Banks among which one must be state owned Bank in Bangladesh. Documentary evidences of experience must be enclosed.
(2) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years experience in the printing & supply of MICR cheque book according to update Trade License. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. As well as they must have same working experience of at least Tk. 03(three) crore against a single work order of any bank in Bangladesh.
(3) Tenderer must have the own capacity of base printing of security items as well as printing of personalization & MICR Encoded line.
(4) The tenderer also have to maintain high security standard such as:
(a)All the operations & material storage must be maintained with secured place.
(b)The secured place must be in under surveillances of authorized forces.
(c)Access control system has to be installed at every place of printing premises.
(d)Every operation of cheque printing must be under CCTV coverage and have recording storage capacity of CCTV camera’s at least 03 months.
(e)The printing premises must be equipped with fire detecting alarm and fire fighting system.
(5) The Tenderer must have minimum one four colour & one two colour machine, paper counting machine (double head) and perforation machine for smooth printing and fast delivery as requirement.
(6) The Tenderer must have minimum five lac Cheque leaves printing (personalization & MICR Encoded line) capacity per day.
Besides, all other requirements of STD must be fulfilled by the tenderer.
Disqualification a) Tender with over-writing, cutting or erasing.
b) Non-submission of Tender Security money.
c) Failing to supply/ compliance of desired information/instruction.
d) Failing to quote the rate and total amount in BDT.
Papers to be submitted duly attested with the tender a) In case of Limited company certificate of Incorporation, copy of M/A and A/A .
b) Recent income tax clearance certificate along with the copy of TIN certificate (up to date).
c) Copy of valid trade licence (Up to date).
d) VAT registration certificate.
e) Approval copy of government authorization for printing industry.
f) Experience certificate issued by 3 different commercial banks among which one must be state owned Bank regarding printing of MICR Security items.
g) 05 (Five) years experience certificate in the printing & supply of MICR cheque book.
h) Copy of single work order and completion certificate amounting at least Tk 03(three) crore as documentary evidence of printing & supply of MICR cheque book of any bank in Bangladesh.
i) Bank solvency certificate stating balance or credit limit. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer must be Tk 03 (three) Crore & 50(fifty) lac. |
