a. Successful completion as main supplier within the last five (5) years from the bid submission date, of at least one (1) contract or a maximum of four (4) smaller contracts in total amounting to 500 million BDT or 4.63 million USD with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply;
b. Goods have been in production by the Bidder for at least five (5) years from the bid submission date;
c. Bidder’s production facilities have been in operation for a minimum of five (5) years from the bid submission date;
d. Bidder’s has, currently and for at least three (3) years from the bid submission date, facilities producing minimum 35,000 m² per day of geotextile material of similar type and specifications as required in this Bidding Document.

It is also about 132 km from Dhaka by road via Bangabandhu Bridge and about 35 km from Aricha by river; and at Harirumpur Extension, Upazilla: Harirumpur, District: Manikganj.
