Any valid Bangladeshi book supplier/ publisher needs to have the following qualifications:
a. minimum 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supply of Books and related services.
b. must be experienced in supplying printed books/e-books/e-Journals in any Government/Semi Government Institution/Public Universities worth of least Tk. 02 (Two) crore taka in a single tender. Experience Certificate has to be submitted.
c. must submit at least 05 (five) years audited financial reports.
d. must submit Publisher Authorization Certificate/Contract paper from the respective publisher(s) for supplying e-books listed along with schedule under this tender with a guarantee of perpetual ownership of the supplied e-books.
e. availability of minimum Liquid Asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities from a schedule Bank of Bangladesh must be at least 02 (Two) crore taka.
f. has to supply e-books according to the list available with the schedule paper.
g. has to ensure guarantee for the perpetual ownership of the supplied e-books to the buyer. |
