INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(1) Organization profile to be submitted.
(2) The establishment shall submit a valid up-to-date trade license, income tax certificate, and VAT registration.
(3) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as a Supplier for Printing, Publishing, Event Branding and Event Management, Prize Management, Content Creation, and Digital Media shall be as follows:
Reputable printing, publishing, and event branding companies with an overall minimum of 08 (Eight) years of experience in providing related services and related products. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT]
(4) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of Event Branding, Print-Publication, And Medal/Award Procurement And Event Management or similar/related Goods of at least Two (02) VVIP events (contract(s)) successfully completed within the last four (4) years, each with a value of at least Tk 1,50,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh only).
(5) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,50,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh only).
(6) According to PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 should have the ability to comply with all the conditions mentioned in the schedule and to submit the papers/documents with the tender.
(7) Other qualifications and qualifications will be described in the Standard Tender Document. |
