(a) The tenderers should be manufacturer/agent of the foreign manufacturer/supplier/distributor/dealer of the items/Lot.
(b) Tenderers shall have a minimum 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of similar Medical Equipment’s in Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have valid trade license, TIN, VAT & upto date Income Tax Certificates.
(d) Letter of credit (L/C) will done by purchaser (NHFB) for foreign part.
(e) Supplier’s quoted price will be in C&F (Dhaka Air Port/Chittagong Sea Port) for Lot no- 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21.
(f) Local quoted price will be applicable for Lot no- 3, 7, 8, 14, 15, 17.
