INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) To have up to date Trade license, Income Tax certificate/Acknowledgment certificate, VAT registration certificate.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer/Service Provider in contracting industries in public sector as prime contractor/sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) five years.
c) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing non-consultant Service like hiring vehicle of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last 03 (three) years, contract value of 9.00 lac taka for minibus and 6.50 lac taka for microbus under a single Contract.
d) Contract/Work Order for providing vehicle supply service to any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body or any other well reputed organization will be treated as similar nature.
e) Type of vehicles: Manufacturing year 2014 or above for minibus and 2015 or above for microbus, Vehicle registration papers, Tax token, Fitness Certificate, Route Permit papers (all are up to date) shall to be submitted.
f) Tenderer/Service Provider shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
g) Tenderer/Service Provider shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisation registered in Bangladesh. |

• 15 Microbuses, Air Cooler System (12 seated) for 15 Routes. The Model of Microbuses will be 2015 or above. |
