Bonafide suppliers/manufacturers or their agents of all countries except country(ies) with which GoB does not trade are eligible.
For Supplier:
i) The Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of firm. Also submit manufacturer authorization.
ii) The Supplier must be an Internationally Reputed Supplier at supply Drilling &Workover Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
iii) The Supplier shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
iv) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least two (2) contracts [out of which one (1) must be in other than the country of origin successfully completed within the last seven (7) years, each with a value of at least the amount of BDT 5,93,00,000.00 or USD 6,10,310.00 [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The supplier shall furnish end-user certificates in support of the specific experience.
v) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for each lot shall be in the amount of BDT 7,40,00,000.00 or USD 7,62,887.00.
For Manufacturer:
i) The required experience and other requirements for Manufacturers are described as ‘Special Note’ at the end of Material Schedule.
