INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) For Manufacturer
i) Manufacturer should have minimum overall 10 years experience of manufacturing.
ii) Manufacturer must have valid ISO & relevant certificate.
iii) Manufacturer must have 07 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must submit last 5 years proven sales record other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate/Purchase Order.
iv) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, drawing design (with one soft copy) will be submitted with tender.
b) For Supplier
i) Supplier must have valid Registration/License of firm.
ii) Must submit Manufacturer’s Authorization letter from original manufacturer or authorized distributor and manufacturer must follow the criteria of (a).
iii) Supplier shall have overall 7 years of experience for supplying similar generator in oil & gas sector, IOC etc.
iv) Supplier must have at least 5 years of proven supply record ofdrilling rig power generator other than the Supplier's Country of Origin.
v) The supplier has to submit at least 3 end user certificate or contract or purchase order mentioning communicating detail including email and website address.
vi) Relevant Product Catalogue, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.
c) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except Countries with no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
d) Other terms & conditions are at TDS.
e) Installation & Commissioning of supplied equipment will have to be done by the supplier/ manufacturer at any well site in Bangladesh.
