Manufacturer:
a) Manufacturers must have valid API, ISO & relevant certificate.
b) Manufacturers must submit API certificate of last 10 years.
c) Manufacturers have 10 years overall experience of Manufacturing/Suppliers have the 7
Years of supplying materials.
d) Manufacturers have 10 (Ten) years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the manufactures country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
e) Relevant Product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, drawing design must be submitted with tender (one Soft copy).
Supplier:
a) Supplier must have relevant valid registration/license of firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
b) Supplier must be an internationally reputed supplier & have 10 (Ten) years overall experience of supply drilling & work over related miscellaneous materials, spare parts & rig consumables products.
c) Supplier must have 10 (Ten) years experience of similar materials supply and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC internationally reputed company’s other than the supplier country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
d) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except Countries with no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
