1. Tenders shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law
2. Tenders shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh
3. Tenders shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provision of laws and regulations of Bangladesh
4. Tenders shall have valid bank account and liquid assets
5. The tenders should have at least 5 (five) years’ experience in public sector to supply vehicle
6. Should have experience of minimum 01 (one) similar contract with government/autonomous organization for last 3 (three) years with a value of at least BDT. 1.00 (one) crore.
