INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The General Experience as Contractor / Management Contractor in managing Training Program / Tour Program / Exposure Visit shall be minimum 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFB.
2. The Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in providing services of at least ONE contract of similar nature (that is Training Program Management in abroad/ Arrangement of Foreign Tour/ Managing Foreign Exposure Visit) with a value of at least of Taka 1.80 Crore (BDT One Crore Eighty Lac) shall be required within last 03 (three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFB.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the Firm shall be Taka 50.00 Lac (BDT Fifty Lac). Bidders must attach documentary evidence (both latest bank certificate on cash balance supported by bank statement and Letter of Commitment of Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit for this contract) of fulfilling this requirement.
4. The required average annual volume/Turnover of Services for the firm shall be at least Taka 2.50 Crore (BDT Two Crore and Fifty Lac) within the best 3 (Three) years of last 05 (five) years.
