: 1) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers having overall Seven (7) years experence of supplying goods and Minimum Five (5) experence of supplying Seismic explosive, Detonator and cone anchor sets to Govt, Semi Govt, autonomous body ,IOC or any other oil and gas exploration related companies (at least Three (03) International Companies)
2) The minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/ are: 200 ton.
3) The Tenderer must submit a proven track record for last 05 years of satisfactorily supplying same type of materials in Oil and Gas Industry including mining.
4) The country/Countries dont have any deplomatic relation with Bangladesh are not eligible for this tender.
5) Manufacturers Plant must have valid and updated ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 Certificate.
