INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : : a) Updated Trade License/e-Trade license. b) Documentary evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN). c) Updated Tax clearance certificate. d) Updated Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate/E-BIN (VAT)registration certificate. e) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services (Printing & Binding) . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. f) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Printing & Binding) of minimum 07(Seven) Lakh under 1 (one) contract in the last 5 (five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e GP System. g) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 6,50,000/-(Six lakh fifty thousand) only to be issued after 29/03/2022 in the form of letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Bank statement is not allowed) and must mention The PE Name, Tender ID, Package number & Tender name in the letter of commitment. h) Details of supplied similar goods and related services to govt/semi govt/autonomous bodies with contact address and e-mail.
