INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The tenderer shall have a minimum 07 (Seven) years of general experience in providing services to Government/Multinational Companies/ Private entities.
(b) The tenderer shall have successfully completed similar nature of Government/Multinational/Private with value minimum BDT 75 lacs (Seventy-Five lacs) with single contract within last 03 (Three) years.
(c)The required average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 50 Lacs (Fifty Lacs) over the last 03 (three) years.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 110,00000 (One Crore ten lacs) supported by documentary evidence as per tender document.
(e)Financial statement to be audited by professional audit companies.
(f) All legal documents including Updated Valid Trade License, Updated VAT, TIN certificate, updated tax clearance certificate (Minimum 2020-21).
