b) The Tenderer shall have 5 years continuous API Certificate of APIQ1counting backward from January 2021.
c) The Tenderer shall have at least 20 supply record of AC-DC-AC (VFD) Rig outside Tenderer’s country.
d) Only Rig Manufactures having above qualifications are eligible for these tender.
e) No joint venture consortium (JVC)is allowed for these tender.
